Frequently asked questions

Can I download transcripts from an entire YouTube channel?

Yes. Enter a channel handle or URL above, preview all videos, and purchase a video pack. You receive every transcript as a ZIP file by email.

How many videos can I transcribe from one channel?

There is no hard limit per channel. Packs go up to 2,000 videos. Channels with more videos can be split across multiple orders.

How long does it take?

Most channels are processed within minutes. Very large channels (500+ videos) may take up to an hour. You will receive an email as soon as your ZIP is ready.

What if some videos don't have transcripts?

Videos without a transcript (e.g. music videos or videos with disabled captions) are skipped. Only videos with an available transcript count toward your video pack.
